Literature Text

It doesn't seem as though you'd die,
If I spread my wings and fly.

I won't fly far,
Just beyond the window, into the yard.

You can still watch me as I soar,
And you can tell me if your heart wants more.

But now my wings chafe to fly,
And my tongue wishes to say goodbye.

Won't you give me this time as a dove,
To make up your mind on our broken love.
I don't even, I just got this phrase in my head and yeah >.>
Though the poem made me think of this song [link] Blue Bird by Christina Perri

How the hell does a broken heart get back together when it’s torn apart?
Teach itself to start beating again?
How the hell does a broken heart get back together when it’s torn apart?
Teach itself to start beating again?
Beating again

This little bluebird won’t come here anymore
So I went looking for her, and I found you~

Hope you enjoy :)

Just say good-bye, what's another broken heart among so many others? Uncertainty chains people, but decisions are the cutters.
