Today is Self-Injury Awareness Day.  It is very important to me and many others who know what it means to self-harm.  I'm not the best at writing journal entries or talking about things that are important to me, but this I will make an exception for to at least try.  I have been self-harming for five years in a few different ways.  It's been a crutch for me and something I have ended up relying on to get through some pretty difficult times in my life.  It's an addiction that I'm trying to quit before it costs me even more than it already has.  Right now I am two months clean and my goal right now is to just make it one day at a time.  To anyo
